Deposit and withdrawal records — including transactions via GoPay, DANA, OVO and QRIS — are retained for a minimum of five years to comply with applicable financial record-keeping requirements. You may request a copy via email.

Account Access Logs

We log every login attempt, successful or otherwise, against your account's IP and device fingerprint. You can view your last 30 access events in the Security tab under Account Settings and flag any suspicious entry directly.

Third-Party Data Sharing

We share your data only with payment processors (DANA, OVO, GoPay, QRIS) to complete transactions and with identity-verification partners where local law requires it. We do not sell your personal data to advertisers or data brokers.

How to Request Changes or Deletion

To update, correct, or request deletion of your personal data, navigate to Account Settings, select 'Privacy & Data', and submit a request form. We confirm all completed changes by email within five business days.

Yes — access to our platform depends on local law. We apply region-based eligibility checks at account creation and periodically thereafter. If your region restricts access, your account dashboard will display a clear notification explaining the situation.

We collect your name, email address, phone number, and payment method identifiers (for DANA, OVO, GoPay or QRIS). We collect only what is necessary to process transactions and verify your identity where local law requires it.

You can. Send a data-access request to our legal email or use the Privacy & Data form inside Account Settings. We compile and deliver your full data export within five business days of receiving a verified request from you.

Go to Account Settings, select 'Legal & Disputes', and fill in the dispute form. This creates a timestamped case. Our team reviews all payment-related disputes — including those involving DANA, GoPay, OVO and QRIS — within 48 hours.

Transaction records are retained for a minimum of five years in line with applicable financial regulations. You may request a copy of your own transaction history at any time through the legal email channel listed in our footer.

When you close your account, we anonymise your personal identifiers within 30 days. However, financial transaction records linked to DANA, OVO, GoPay or QRIS are kept for the legally required retention period before permanent deletion.
